CribCircle is an invite-only community connecting trusted people for NYC sublets. By using this platform you agree to these terms.

1. The community

CribCircle is a private network. Membership is granted by invitation only. We reserve the right to revoke access for any member who violates community standards, posts misleading information, or acts in bad faith toward other members.

2. Listings

Members who post listings are responsible for the accuracy of their content. CribCircle does not verify listings, guarantee availability, or mediate disputes between hosts and guests. We are a community platform, not a broker or landlord.

3. No broker fees

CribCircle does not charge broker fees. Any arrangement between members is between those members directly.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Magic links are single-use and expire. Do not share your sign-in links with others.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use CribCircle to post fraudulent listings, harass other members, solicit payment outside of legitimate rental arrangements, or violate any applicable law including NYC housing regulations.

6. Limitation of liability

CribCircle is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from arrangements made between members.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of CribCircle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
