CribCircle is built on trust — including how we handle your data. Here's what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you sign in or apply to join, we collect your email address. If you complete your profile, we store your name and any optional fields you fill in (LinkedIn, Instagram). Listings you post are stored with your account. Application submissions include whatever you choose to share with us.

How we use it

Your email is used to send magic links for sign-in and to contact you about your membership or application. Your name and profile info are visible to other members of CribCircle so the invite chain and vouching system can work. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Who can see your info

Other logged-in members can see your name, listing details, and how you're connected to them in the network. Your email is only visible to you and to admins. Application details are only visible to admins.

Third-party services

CribCircle uses Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Your data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure. We use Google Fonts for typography (loaded from Google's CDN).

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Cookies

Supabase uses a session token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
